Backoffis has a state of the art training facility where a range of CPE activities are conducted and where staff undergo regular training by Australian qualified accountants.

How do I communicate with Backoffis staff?

It is as simple as picking the phone up and dialing an extension on your system. We will install a VOIP box for you making your on going communications costs negligible.

What quality control measures do you have in place?

The knowledge processing center is ISO 9001 certified for its Quality Management System. In addition to this, since work is being carried out on your system, the progress of the work can be monitored by you at anytime.

Does Backoffis staff contact my client?

No, you retain complete control of your relationship with your client. If there are any issues with the work, Backoffis will contact you and not your client.

Will my clients' information be secure?

Yes. we work on a secure network and the Knowledge processing centre is ISO 27001 certified for its Information Security Management System. All staff work on dumb terminals and have only work related internet/email access. All networks and systems are protected by deep inspection and content filtering firewall.

Does Backoffis service have a guaranteed turn around time?

In accordance with the service level agreement, Backoffis provides an assured turnaround time of 2 working days.
